so as ya'll noe, im quiet fatty and chubby b ut lately iv'e been losing a lot of kilo's!!! and im so proud of that!!! i was 87 kg before! god i went to goldcoast and dayum! i juz didnt have that beach body juz yet! till now im 81 kilo's and my tummy has gone in!!! yay!! im still wroking to get maybe a 75 or sumthing maybe 60 sumthing but im still in da process!
well as you all noe i love to eat!!! nyam nyam nyam!!! food is amazing!! but lately i juz had to stop! no more fats! no more eating too much! no more eating after 6.
but i realize im juz torchering myself.
so yes today 15/6/10 i gave myself a break! and i ate and ate and ate!
but tomorrow the routine starts again :( but ryt now i feel so gud! but i feel fat LOL!
